What is a quick move-in home?
A home that is already move-in ready or under construction, so you skip most of the wait usually associated with a newly built home. You can be in your new home in as little as 30 days.
What do the construction stages mean?
Each listing shows its current stage, from Permit and Slab through Frame, Mechanical and Tile to Move-In Ready, so you can see how close the home is to completion.
Can I still choose finishes on a quick move-in home?
It depends on the construction stage. Homes in early stages may still allow some selections. Contact a sales associate for details on a specific home.
